SMART – Student Ministry Accountability and Resource Team

This group is the primary oversight team of the student ministry.  It is composed of the various key lay leaders of the ministry and is lead by the student ministry lay leader.  This team meets monthly and uses this time to fulfill the following:

1. Coordinate between various areas of the ministry.
2. Hold staff and ministry accountable to overall vision
3. Hold staff and ministry accountable to stated goals and metrics.
4. Hold staff and ministry accountable to God- honoring stewardship and resource allocation.
5. Provide resourcing solutions needed for ministry vision to be fulfilled.
