July 9-12, 2012. Students will arrive at noon on Monday July 9th and be home about 3pm on Thursday July 12th.
We will be staying at Port Royal in Port Aransas, Tx. The week will include awesome worship, fun in the sun as Port Royal is right on the beach, opportunities to meet folks from other churches, volleyball, pools and more! We will stay in condos as small groups with adult leaders. You can make new friends, dive into God's Word, and renew your relationship with Christ. This will be a powerful, Spirit-filled beach retreat on the coast. All students who were in any grade 6-12 during the 2011-2012 school year can attend Beach Bash.
We are doing this retreat in conjunction with the rest of the Southwest Texas Annual Conference of the UMC. So there will be great opportunities to meet new people! Mark Swayze Band will lead us in worship and Laurinda Kwiatkowski will be sharing God's Word with us throughout the week.
Beach Bash is replacing our trip to Camp Eagle this year. The cost of Beach Bash is over $100 cheaper than Camp Eagle and opens with early bird pricing at $325.00

Regular $345.00 (step up after Early Bird price) 4-12-12 thru 6-7-12
Final Price $375.00 (one month out from event) 6-8-12 thru 7-9-12.

All students must fill out a Code of Conduct and Medical Release Form to go to Beach Bash.
Final payment is due 14 days before event. Underwriting is available on a need basis. Registration for an event, even without payment, is an agreement to participate in the event. Upon registration, the student ministry staff reserves space, lodging, airfare, etc. associated with the event in the registered participant's name. Should the registered participant not participate in the event for any reason, the staff will do everything they can to recover any or all costs incurred by the church. The registered participant will still be responsible for any costs incurred by the church that we are unable to recover.
