So far so good at Winter Retreat in New Braunfels...God has been moving and allowed us to have incredible weather so far! We opened last night with worship and word from our speaker Bryan McCormack. After worship we broke into small groups before our country dance! We did some line dancing, 2 stepin, and boot scootin boogieing before heading to bed. This morning we woke up, had breakfast, and a powerful time of worship including a word from Bryan. He spoke to us about how our image of Jesus is too small. How the description of Isaiah 6 tells us that God is so BIG that we just cannot fathom. And that God has the audacity to come to this earth and love us!

We broke from that to our breakout sessions, lunch, and then an afternoon of kickball, games, and just hanging out. As we go into worship tonight pray that God is glorified and that our hearts and minds are prepared for what the Holy Spirit may do through us. Pray that we can contemplate what it truly means to abide in him...
