PVO- (noun):  an active group of parents who provide hands-on, emotional, and spiritual support to the children, parents and staff of UUMC Day School.

What is PVO???    The Parent Volunteer Organization (PVO) is UUMC Day School's parent association where membership is free and all parents of students enrolled in the Day School are welcome!

The support PVO provides is threefold:

1.  Sponsoring two school-wide family events
2.  Fundraising to benefit the day school
3.  volunteering where needed (spirit t-shirt sales, teacher appreciation, room mom, etc....)

And we vow to stay connected to you by

• Involving you in classroom activities
• We will give you a voice when making important decisions
• Plan ahead for parent/teacher conferences
• We will foster good communication during parent/ teacher conferences
