We believe that God created recreation for the reason that it can help re-create your sense of balance, fun, and health. We also believe that we can show others the love of Christ through how we interact in our given recreational pursuits. At The U we strive to offer safe and uplifting places for recreation to take place.

Whether you like to kickflip, shoot baskets, spike the ball, or do some stretching in yoga we hope that you will find whatever we do to be Christ centered and helpful in your spiritual walk.
