        I have been a member of UUMC for over 15 years and have been practicing Yoga for than 12 years. While I have been here I have seen much growth and as we all know, growth comes not only with Joy but with stress and pain whether it be physical or mental. Personally, Yoga has been instrumental in helping me to achieve Peace in my extremely stressful and busy life. It is truly a sacred and personal journey, which leads to union with the Holy Spirit

        I invite you to join us. All levels of fitness, members and non-members are encouraged to come increase your flexibility, gain strength, balance and more importantly put yourself in a place of stillness and quiet. I look forward to our journey together with God as our guide.
